Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReadyTech virtual training and IT labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

Description of Service

ReadyTech Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our") provides a virtual training platform that includes virtual instructor-led training (VILT), virtual IT labs, and self-paced training solutions. Our Service enables organizations to train employees and customers through interactive online environments.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Payments

Fees

Access to certain features of our Service requires payment of subscription fees as specified on our pricing page or in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Billing and Renewal

We will bill your payment method for all applicable fees. Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of your current term.

User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other users
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReadyTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Service without our prior written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and general provisions will survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. READYTECH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL READYTECH OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
